Mid Sweden SMART cafè: innovation anchors

To get support and participation at home in the Mid Sweden region, we invited to a Smart Europe cafe on 18th of June. We chose to start up in the county of Jämtland
and invited partners who are relevant to this project. Participants from the Regional Council of Jämtland, Mid Sweden University, Midsweden Science Park,
Peak Innovation and Almi Företagspartner Mitt attended at the meeting.
The project manager Rudy Zappala presented the project and then helped the participants to an open and creative dialogue.

Province of Bologna: SMART CAFE' New Innovative and Creative SMEs

The SMART CAFE has been hosted at Palazzo Gnudi the 28th of June 2012, in the city centre of Bologna and has involved many key stakeholders and representatives of
Public Administration: Aster, CNA Emilia-Romagna, CNA Bologna, EmiliaRomagnaStartUp, Incredibol - Municipality of Bologna.
The event, included also within the Strategical Metropolitan Plan of Bologna - has given the floor to entrepreneurs in order to get their point of view about Innovation

SMART cafè in Flevoland: business, knowledge, government

In the framework of the European project SMART Europe the Province of Flevoland organized a SMART EUROPE CAFE' on June 14th.
Various stakeholders in the expertise field of cluster development and innovation were invited to discuss how Flevoland can benefit from the project and what Flevoland
can contribute.

SMART Cafè: in Patras discussed new ways for supporting new technology based firms

The Patras SMART Cafè took place on June 28th in the Patras Science Park involving 23 participants that represent regional stakeholder interested in the context of increasing employment via the lauch of new innovative companies.

The event focussed on two themes for discussion:

SMART Cafè in Finland: Smart specialisation in Tampere Region

The SMART EUROPE Café was organised in the new Scandic Hotel Station on 15th of June. The stakeholders were gathered together to engage them in upcoming project activities. The topic of the meeting was "Smart specialisation in Tampere Region".

The meeting was able to gather together representatives from the main stakeholders in the area representing the regional development agency, regional economic development agency and the education sector.

Smart Cafè in Patras

On 28th June at 10.30 am the Patras Science Park will organise its SMART EUROPE Café in its premises. The discussion will focus on the launch of new innovative companies.

Hungarian SMART Cafè: Innovative job-creation in Észak-Alföld region

The SMART Cafè in Èszak Alföld was held on the 16th May 2012, in Debrecen. The subtitle of the meeting was “Innovative job-creation in Észak-Alföld region”.
